5. What is fiscal hosting? How does it work?
Fiscal hosting means VCS Academy serves as the legal “umbrella” for your project, so you can fundraise, receive grants, and manage money without creating a separate organization. We handle donations, payments, reporting, and compliance, so you can focus on delivering your project. When ready, we’ll help you spin out as an independent entity.
6. Who is eligible for fiscal hosting?
We work with grassroots groups, emerging projects, mutual aid teams, and diaspora-led initiatives aligned with our mission—especially those working in humanitarian, displacement, or crisis contexts.
7. How do I become a volunteer?
Visit our Get Involved/Volunteer page or contact us directly. We seek volunteers for content writing, translation, education, design, outreach, and more—both short and long-term.
8. Can I contribute my own training or educational resources?
Absolutely! We welcome educators, professionals, and community leaders to co-create modules, deliver webinars, or share case studies. Contact us to discuss collaboration.
9. How do partnerships work?
We partner with NGOs, funders, educational institutions, and tech platforms to deliver greater value and broader impact. See our partnership framework or contact us to start the conversation.
10. How do I get support or ask other questions?
Use our contact form, email info@project1-jcuf6icliy.live-website.com, or message us on social media (@vcsacademy) and our team will get back to you promptly.
