Key M&E Indicators
Input Indicators – Resources used (staff, funding, volunteers)
Process Indicators – Activities completed (programs delivered, hours provided)
Output Indicators – Direct results (people served, services delivered)
Outcome Indicators – Behavior/knowledge changes (skills gained, income increased)
Impact Indicators – Long-term community changes (reduced poverty, improved health)

Activities: Deliver 12-week training; facilitate job placements

Data Collection Methods
Surveys, focus groups, administrative records, observation, case studies – each has strengths/weaknesses in cost, depth, validity.
